OCONOMOWOC, Wis.-- ORBIS Corporation offers the 4048 Stack-N-Nest System, an integrated system of plastic reusable 180o stack and nest containers/totes, 40 x 48 pallets, top caps and dollies. Specific uses include food processing, general manufacturing, work-in-process handling, general merchandise distribution, food distribution, and agricultural harvesting.

Containers are available in 24” x 16” and 24” x 20” sizes, with heights from 5.3” to 14.8”. All containers available with smooth bottom for easy cleaning or textured bottom for conveyor system use. These fully recyclable containers are injection-molded in high-density polyethylene to provide impact resistance, durability and dimensional consistency.

Containers can be mixed on any standard 40 x 48 plastic pallet and offer:
• Added product protection with optional attached or detached covers
• Enhanced air flow with optional ventilated container walls
• Self-secured stackability with cross-stacking and interlocking bottom
• Reduced return transportation costs. Containers nest when empty on the return trip or in storage.
• Shipping flexibility by ensuring mixed loads can be securely transported
• Improved inventory management control with multiple areas for labels and cards
• Cleanability with smooth and contoured interior and external surfaces
• Availability in FDA approved materials

Available options include identification labels and hot-stamp logo placement. Pallets, top caps and dollies are also available to provide a total shipping and storage system in today’s fasted paced distribution systems.
