Herndon, VA, USA – May 20, 2003 – Baan - the leading enterprise application provider for industrial enterprises and part of Invensys plc - has entered into a sales alliance agreement with Cambian - a premier provider of supply chain solutions for manufacturers and distributors.

Cambian, which provides applications, implementation, consulting and support services, will offer Baan’s enterprise solutions to customers primarily in the western U.S. and Canada.
