WASHINGTON- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate has officially certified Brock Solutions’ in-line EDS baggage security screening system technology under terms of the SAFETY Act of 2002. This action puts it on the Approved Product List for Homeland Security.

The SAFETY Act of 2002 (Support Anti-terrorism by Fostering Effective Technologies) provides important legal liability protections for providers of qualified anti-terrorism technologies. The SAFETY Act seeks to encourage the development and deployment of new and innovative anti-terrorism products and services that could save lives by providing liability protections.

Brock Solutions is an industrial engineering solution provider of real-time automation systems for manufacturing, transportation and logistics. To date, it has implemented more than 30 in-line EDS baggage screening systems.
