Conveyor Equipment Manufacturers Association (CEMA, Naples, Fla.) has released a new safety training video for conveyor manufacturers, distributors, and end users. The “Unit Handling Conveyor Safety DVD” joins CEMA’s other safety video, “Screw Conveyor, Drag Conveyor and Bucket Elevator Safety CD.”
With the addition of the safety videos, CEMA notes that it now offers several safety-related materials, including conveyor safety labels; label-placement guidelines; posters; a label brochure; warning and safety reminders for screw, drag and bucket elevator conveyors; a technical report on noise hazard reduction; and tips on the design and safe application of conveyor crossovers.
