Checkpoint Announces Contract with CVS

Checkpoint Systems Inc., a provider of radio frequency-based product identification and shrink management solutions for retailers and consumer package goods manufacturers worldwide, announced its agreement with retail pharmaceutical chain CVS/pharmacy Inc. for the chain-wide installation of radio frequency electronic article surveillance (EAS) technology.

Checkpoint will outfit all 5,300 CVS stores with its Liberty PX antennas, providing CVS with the industry's most advanced digital RF EAS solution.
