Laurel, MT - Wood's Powr-Grip® is proud to announce the addition of yet another powerhouse to its growing line of vacuum lifting equipment - the DC-powered Cladding Lifter (model MT4FS818DCS).

This versatile manual tilter was specifically designed for lifting long sheets of cladding material. It can be configured to stretch to 183-¾ in. [4668 mm] in length, to facilitate the handling of cladding materials weighing up to 700 lbs [320 kg].

The Cladding Lifter comes generously equipped with a full compliment of standard features. A dual vacuum system with vacuum reserve tanks reduces the risk of falling loads, which could result from breakage or other accidents that may compromise one area of the vacuum system. An on-board battery charging system stays with the lifter so you can charge the battery wherever you go. The battery energy gauge allows the operator to visually assess the current energy level of the battery and a low vacuum level buzzer sounds an audible alarm that warns the operator whenever the vacuum level is not sufficient for lifting the maximum load weight.

The vacuum pads are movable and removable, enabling this manual tilter to be configured in a variety of ways. The cladding lifter features 90° manual tilt between upright and flat, with hydraulic damping and automatic latching in the upright and flat positions (when desired). Optional pad frame extensions can be added to augment the lifter's versatility in handling a variety materials.
