Clark Receives Safety Award

LEXINGTON, Ky.—Clark Material Handling Co. has received the Governor’s Safety & Health award for the third year in a row at its aftermarket parts distribution center in Louisville, Ky.

Representatives from the Kentucky Department of Labor and Kentucky Association of Manufacturers visited the 180,000-square foot facility on Aug. 25 to join the celebration. Mark Brown, deputy secretary of the Kentucky Labor Cabinet, presented the award to the safety committee and managers.

The award recognizes employees at the distribution center for logging more than 2,115 days without a lost-time accident.
