Denver - Caljan Rite-Hite US is excited to announce their new CurveTrack belt curve system, targeting complex applications demanding continuous, high speed operations and limited space requirements.

Caljan's CurveTrack has been developed by a team with over 75 years of combined belt curve experience. This level of knowledge has allowed for the evolution of curves technology to improve the material handling capabilities for distribution centers, mail order houses, the parcel industry, airport baggage handling systems and more.

"We are excited for the opportunity to present a new solution to the marketplace," says Mark Rehder, VP/GM of Caljan Rite-Hite. "Our innovative solutions are now helping our customers in a variety of areas, not just in the loading/unloading zone."

The Caljan CurveTrack belt curve is engineered with safety, efficiency and reliability in mind. With its unique belt guidance system, precise belt movement is optimized. Belt change over can be accomplished quickly and efficiently with minimal tools, greatly reducing costly downtime.

As part of the Caljan Rite-Hite SAFEtrack family of material handling solutions, CurveTrack incorporates numerous standard safety features. In addition, the lightweight extruded aluminum profiles ensure low noise levels while running. The profile design provides flexibility and ease when mounting a variety of options such as side guards and flow control sensors. Caljan Rite-Hite's CurveTrack is the safe, logical solution for a wide variety of material handling applications.

Caljan CurveTrack will be formally introduced to the material handling world at ProMat 2009, January 12-15 2009. For a demonstration and for more details, visit our booth at space 3279.
