A new, custom designed vacuum lifter for large, high-value loads such as machined aluminum structures, optical spheres, and stainless steel tank heads

A new, custom designed vacuum lifter for large, high-value loads such as machined aluminum structures, optical spheres, and stainless steel tank heads is being introduced by Anver Corporation of Hudson, Massachusetts.

Anver’s Custom Vacuum Lifter for handling high-value loads features two VPE1 Vacuum Packs with VacGuard II™ control systems to provide complete redundancy, along with fully articulating, spring-assisted suction pads. Assuring that only rubber touches the load, this crane suspended lifter
has integrated remote controls and is suited for handling large machined aluminum structures, optical spheres, and stainless steel tank heads.

Providing equal loading of all vacuum suction pads for stress-free handling,
Anver’s Custom Vacuum Lifter for high-value loads eliminates the slings, hooks and excess handling associated with other lifting methods and can be engineered to accommodate loads weighing up to 20,000 lbs. In addition to redundant vacuum packs, standard safety features include vacuum retention, thermal overload protection, indicator lights, and audible leakage alarms.

Anver’s Custom Vacuum Lifter for high-value loads is priced from $19,995.00, depending upon configuration. Price quotations are available upon request.
