The industry's 5th event will be held at the Dorint Sofitel Amsterdam Airport Hotel and features industry-specific seminars and workshops highlighting Aftermarket Supply Chain Logistics, Shop Floor Management, Warranty Management, WEEE/RoHS-Recycling, Outsourcing Principles, Field Service, RMA and Call Center, Repair Technologies and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Industry professionals will share global case studies while others will seek answers to their process challenges. Over 150 companies are expected to attend from fulfillment, recycling, repair and 3PL industries.

Exhibitors include 3PSPs looking to offer strategic business solutions to OEMs wanting to outsource.
