Fork-Kushions

Next Generation Fork-Kushions® Take Center Stage

In 2003, Kastalon answered the cry of their clients by introducing the world's first comprehensive cargo bumper system for forklift trucks with the introduction of Fork-Kushions.

For nearly 3 years, Fork-Kushions have been dramatically reducing damage and improving profits by providing cushioning protection from marring, denting and other forms of damage.

Fork-Kushions are simply mounted directly to the upright face of the fork utilizing specifically designed permanent mounting brackets. The cushion then slides into the bracket. There are 5 unique styles to choose from satisfying virtually every material handling application.

The "Ultra Soft" offers dense cushioning for fragile handling. The "Soft" is best suited for lightweight material and the "Medium" is considered to be all-purpose. In addition, there is a "Cut-Resistant" and "Maximum-Impact" for extremely heavy objects, such as steel coils and the like.

Always seeking to provide the best possible solutions for their customers, Kastalon just introduced the next generation Fork-Kushion that makes the installation process even easier with a specifically designed adhesive primer and the latest generation industrial grade VHB tape.

Now, it is simpler to get optimum bond strength under real world industrial conditions. Made in America. For more information, contact Kastalon, Inc at 1-800-KASTLON (1-800-527-8566) or visit www.kastalon.com.
