The new site is part of Intelligrated’s efforts to reach its expanding manufacturing and distribution clientele in Mexico and Latin America.
Later this summer, the company plans to introduce a French-language version of the website to cater to its Canadian customer base.
Website visitors can access free ROI calculators, case studies, white papers, product demonstration videos and brochures. Intelligrated customers can opt for access to the company’s OnTimeParts online parts store and Customer Service Dashboard, a web-based incident management and project portal available to customers under contract.
“We are working to make sure all of our customers get the information they need to make informed decisions about their material handling systems,” says Jim McKnight, senior vice president, system sales and marketing.
