Linde Lift Truck Corporation (Summerville, S.C.) changed its name to Linde Material Handling—North America. The new name reportedly better reflects the company’s role as a complete supplier of a full range of material-handling equipment and services such as consulting, training, and after-sales support.

The company has also changed its logo and adopted the familiar vermilion red of its lift trucks as its brand color. The key visual element of the logo consists of two “moving blocks,” symbolizing the material-handling activity in abstract form.

Linde Material Handling—North America is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Linde Material Handling of Aschaffenburg, Germany. Its product line includes both electric and internal combustion forklifts, sideloaders, container handlers, order pickers, tow tractors, high-level stackers and reach trucks.
