Management Changes at Toyota

Toyota Material Handling, U.S.A., Inc. (TMHU, Irvine, Calif.) announced several management changes, including Hugh Quinnell as national manager--major account parts and service operations; Michael Gunn as national information technology manager; Bruce Marti as national manager--parts and service field operations and customer service support; Jewell Brown as manager of customer satisfaction; and David Pearlman as manager of the STARLIFT program.

Quinnell, as national manager--major account parts and service operations, will assume responsibility for a new department that will be responsible for all areas of aftermarket sales support to national account and fleet customers. He will oversee major account customers with service and parts related matters.

Gunn, as national information technology manager, will select, guide and direct TMHU's information systems development projects, as well as manage his current distribution responsibilities.

Marti, serving as national manager - parts and service field operations and customer service support, will further develop business opportunities through the Toyota network of dealers.

As manager of customer satisfaction, Brown will oversee the Voice of the Customer (VOC) program, which surveys customers about their total experience with Toyota in the areas of sales, delivery, warranty, service and parts. She will focus on developing and expanding the customer satisfaction portion of the program.

As manager of the STARLIFT all-makes competitive parts program, Pearlman will be responsible for growing the aftermarket parts sales department.
