SAN MATEO, Calif.—NetSuite Inc., a provider of business management software, announced several new features for its CRM software, NetSuite CRM+.

The software now includes AJAX-powered workflows for customer support and service. The new workflows, according to the company, are now supported by the Firefox 3 Web browser.

NetSuite CRM+ includes order management, partner management, incentive management, and project tracking. The new features are available now at no additional cost, and Firefox support is expected to be available early next month.

In addition, NetSuite announced the release of live chat from Velaro, a company that focuses on converting Web site visitors into customers. The live chat software integrates with the NetSuite on-demand business management software, providing real-time visibility to customer data and documentation of customer support notes.
