Panasonic’s Toughbook 53 semi-rugged notebook computer is available with an Intel Core i5-3320M vPro processor (3MB cache, up to 3.3 GHz) with Intel Turbo Boost Technology. Other upgrades include expanded storage and improved connectivity options. It delivers up to 11 hours of operation on a charge and an optional integrated GPS receiver offers accuracy within 15 ft. or less. It features a spill-resistant keyboard and was certified by an independent third party to pass nine MIL-STD-810G tests, including surviving 3 foot drops on 26 faces. The high-definition 14” LED display offers an optional sunlight-viewable CircuLumin touchscreen and an adjustable backlit keyboard, making it suitable for any lighting condition.
