A Donlon Award is a special award granted when the CNY judges are impressed by a specific company behavior or program. Raymond’s culture has strong roots in the local community, and although the company is part of a large multinational group, the company maintains the positive aspects of its small-town, family-owned origins.

During the devastating flooding in the Southern Tier, a number of Raymond employees suffered significant losses. Raymond, its dealers and employees provided approximately $100,000 in direct financial assistance to Raymond employees who were affected by the devastating flooding in the Southern Tier. Raymond’s commitment to employees does not stop at the end of the workday.

The Manufacturer’s Association of Central New York sponsors the CNY Employer of Choice awards.
