July 21, 2009
AUSTIN, Texas—Reddwerks Corp., a provider of warehouse performance management (WPM) software, has completed its acquisition of SeayCo, an Atlanta-based developer of warehouse control systems (WCS) and sortation software.

Tim Krisher, founder and president of SeayCo, has been named vice president and solution architect at Reddwerks. He will play a key role as the WCS functionality is embedded into the Reddwerks WPM software.

“We are major users of Reddwerks and SeayCo software and look forward to seeing SeayCo’s advanced WCS and sortation functionality being integrated into Reddwerks’ state‐of‐the‐art WPM software,” says Cortney Hunt, director of corporate logistics at McLane Co. Inc. “We especially look forward to seeing this functionality combined with Reddwerks’ real‐time reporting engine, allowing us to view the productivity of our facilities across all our people and systems.”

According to Reddwerks, its WPM software simplifies interaction with supply chain management and warehouse management system software by providing a single interface for all labor and equipment deployed in large‐scale distribution facilities.
