RedPrairie (Milwaukee) recently unveiled an updated“workforce management” suite. Users will reportedly benefit from a labor management solution that optimizes all retail and supply chain workforce processes. RedPrairie’s expanded product assists with labor demand planning, schedule optimization, task scheduling, learning management, labor measurement and compliance, as well as an intra-day workforce planning that allows companies to optimize their workforce based on real-time consumer demand.
“When we challenged conventional thinking and traditional labor management approaches, we found that companies would substantially benefit from a dramatically different, end-to-end approach to workforce management,” said Tim Conroy, RedPrairie’s president of distribution productivity solutions.
