Shipping Rack

Stevens Point, WI – Protecting products during shipping is critical to transporting products economically. Steel King's Container Division has been designing and manufacturing custom shipping racks to help customers store, ship or assemble their unique parts and products for more than 30 years.

Ideal for closed-loop distribution, intra-plant transport or warehousing – Steel King engineers design custom reusable shipping racks that provide superior product protection and reduce the need for disposable packaging materials.

Rack designs can be rigid, collapsible, multi-level or adjustable to handle different size parts, or model types. Parts dividers from a variety of materials, including foam, rubber, plastic and steel, are integrated into racks, reducing in-transit damage and product movement. Fully loaded racks are designed to be stacked 2 to 3 high during shipping, and up to 6 high in storage.

Steel King has successfully designed custom shipping racks for windows, mirrors, bumpers, doors, engines, transmissions, instrument panels, radiators, lawn mowers, generators and many other products. Shown is a shipping rack for semi-truck door frames. For more information, or to talk to a custom rack designer, please call Steel King at (800) 553-3096.
