A new shuttle conveyor and pan indexing system for bakers, food- and meat processors that fully automates loading onto pans and oven belts is being introduced by KLEENline® Corporation of Newburyport, Massachusetts.

The KLEENline® Pan Loading System automatically transfers a single file of product into rows on a pan or tray and is compatible with virtually all automated systems for feeding ovens and freezers. Featuring a touch pad interface for changing the product array and speed, this system reciprocates at up to 4 ft. per sec. and is capable of speeds up to 200 ft. per min. to let one person handle up to 10 pans per minute.

Incorporating SEW-Eurodrive conveyor and reciprocator motors and controls, with a rack and pinion 1-1/8” dia. tight reciprocating nose, the KLEENline® Pan Loading System is FDA/USDA approved and constructed from 304 stainless steel with 12” W white polyurethane micro-laced belt. Stroke lengths from 10” to 42” can be designed to suit the application and standard features include quick release take-ups for belt tension adjustment and cleaning.
