Minneapolis-based Target officially opened a 3.1 million sq. ft. distribution campus on 240 acres in Rialto, Calif. The site represents be the largest single investment in an operating unit in Target’s history. In addition to a regional distribution center, the site includes an import warehouse and two additional import warehouse buildings in Ontario, Calif.
