Pro Mach, Inc. (Cincinnati) announced that its Brenton Engineering division (Alexandria, Minn.) has acquired the Robocaser product line from Mettler-Toledo Hi-Speed, Inc.

Robocaser, an advanced, robotic case packer, is used for packing a wide range of bags, pouches, tubes, flow wraps and other flexible products into cases or trays. Depending on customer needs, it can be configured for multiple packing patterns and for packing different products into the same case, such as a packaged tube and a related pouch of refills at speeds up to 360 packages per minute.

Brenton Engineering, manufacturer of end-of-line packaging, shrink wrapping, robotic and material handling equipment, will add the compact Robocaser to its existing product line of larger mechanical and automatic case packers.

"Robocaser complements our product line of case packing solutions extremely well in both size and quality," said Scott Leuschke, Brenton Engineering vice president and general manager. "Robocaser's smaller footprint complements our line of larger machines and helps us better serve our customers."
