PolyFlex engineers developed a transmission pack utilizing free-floating dunnage inside a commercially available collapsible bin. The dunnage is designed to hold the transmissions securely inside the bins and to reduce the packaging investment by eliminating high labor and material costs associated with welded steel racks. Shipping costs are reduced through substantial weight savings of plastic versus steel. An added benefit is that more components can now be shipped in the same allotted space. The bins fold down for return shipping, providing substantial weight and space savings.
