    Two major Canadian providers of third-party, freight forwarding, brokerage and trade services will join forces when Livingston International completes its acquisition of PBB Global Logistics.

    Livingston has 1,700 employees in more than 70 offices and clears an average of 12,900 shipments each day into the U.S. and Canada. PBB has 1,400 employees in 90 offices and 9,500 customers worldwide.
