You may have a psychopath in your workplace and not even know it. Here are the signs to watch for before he or she does something that blows their cover.

Not all psychopaths make the news. They often wear a mask of sanity that helps them fit into a workplace until the right or wrong conditions reveal their illness. This article reveals their most common characteristics so managers can recognize danger signs. These include:

  • Superficially charming and gregarious.
  • Inhumanly calm.
  • Unreliable.
  • Dishonest and insincere.
  • Antisocial.
  • Arrogant and egocentric.
  • Unresponsive to interpersonal relations.
  • Outrageous and uninviting in their behavior.
