Manhattan Associates Inc. has introduced Mobile Distribution Management, an application that provides distribution managers with insight into labor, activities, waves and tasks—all on a mobile device. By unifying this information into one view, Mobile Distribution Management lets warehouse managers and supervisors provide real-time coaching and feedback to employees.

The new mobile application suite features capabilities that allow managers to dynamically allocate work-in-progress directly from the DC floor, such as reprioritizing tasks, putting tasks on hold and assigning a task to a specific employee.
