The Mirror Alert protects 3-way intersections from lift truck accidents. It turns a passive mirror into an active alarm. A Directional Worker Alert is placed on the wall of the active aisle. A sensor on the lift truck triggers the mirror. The caution light comes on with an arrow indicating the direction the truck is approaching from; exiting —vehicles do not trigger alert.
