OrderLogix, the newly renamed On-Line Technologies, a provider of advanced, business-to-consumer order management solutions, has announced its new name and market-facing strategy.
“After detailed assessment of our products, services and markets – a process that also included extensive quantitative and qualitative research with customers and prospects – the launch of the OrderLogix brand and unveiling of our new website are the initial steps in the implementation of the strategic plan that resulted from that effort,” explains Sotero Giftos, president of OrderLogix.
The company will expand beyond its direct response industry roots to include e-commerce and multichannel retail sectors, Giftos says. The OrderLogix platform is a comprehensive order management platform that is compatible with most major ERP and accounting platforms. For small to mid-size marketers it can also be integrated with call centers, fulfillment centers, shopping carts, websites and interactive voice response (IVR) providers.
The OrderLogix platform is also highly scalable and portable, and can be implemented as a hosted SaaS platform.
