ATLANTA (December 8, 2003)- Procuri, Inc., a leading provider of strategic sourcing solutions, today announced a three-year agreement with Philip Morris International Management SA. The organization chose Procuri's self-directed solutions to streamline sourcing processes for a number of its affiliates worldwide.

Procuri's accessible sourcing solutions and services will be used by Philip Morris International to maintain control of its sourcing process in order to achieve time and cost savings objectives. The organization has begun its worldwide rollout by training 40 buyers in Europe.
