Infor Service Management4.20 enables third-party financial, manufacturing, and distribution enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications that require advanced service functionality. It improves the data collection process with the addition of the customer's purchase order information display on existing reports and forms. It streamlines the vendor returns process by displaying additional agreed-upon cost information on the receiving form, providing users actionable items to make better decisions faster. A new form was added to help users see material transactions on a specific serial tracked component and the business order against which it was processed, in order to improve traceability and facilitate better FDA reporting and higher compliance rates.
