He joined Con-way Freight in August 2008 from sister company Menlo Worldwide Logistics. He is based at Con-way Freight's headquarters in Ann Arbor, Mich.

YRC Worldwide has named Jeff Rogers president of YRC president and Mike Naatz president of Holland president. Both will report directly to James Welch, CEO of YRC Worldwide. Rogers previously was president of Holland, a subsidiary of YRC Worldwide, while Naatz was formerly chief customer officer of YRC Worldwide. In this role, he led the sales, information technology, customer service and quality teams for the company.
