Saddle Creek will build and operate the facility for Sam's Club. The new-construction facility will be a 60,000 square foot, high-volume cross-dock operation. It is the third such facility Saddle Creek will operate for Sam's Club.
Other cross-dock operations Saddle Creek handles for Sam's Club include a facility in Villa Rica, GA and one in Lakeland, FL. The company has operated the Villa Rica facility for 12 years and the Lakeland site for 16 years.
