Stupidity in the Warehouse Caught on Video

An MH&L reader prompted a lively discussion among our Editorial Advisory Board about whether there's a logistics talent challenge. This reader asked if the challenge means employers are unable to find qualified candidates for a position regardless of the wages or that they cannot find a skilled employee to work for them at the low wage they're offering.

You can read our board's answers here, but before you do, take a look at these sorry illustrations of the talent shortage as caught on video. These may not be representative of the skills being applied in most warehouses, but they're a good wake-up call on what needs to be screened out.
