Saddle Brook, NJ: Poundage per cart is critical but with the sharp increase in fuel costs, increasing the number of carts per delivery is commanding more and more attention. The 101P Roundtripper® from laundry product supplier Tingue, Brown & Co., features a sleek, 24-inch width that permits it to be loaded four across on many trailers that have inside dimensions ranging from 96 to 101 or more inches. Devised to maximize the use of all available space inside trucks and trailers, the 101P Roundtripper neatly fits 52 carts on a typical 53-foot trailer, 33% more than the 39 familiar metal carts that can fit in a single load. By packing more carts into each trailer, the innovative 101P enables laundry and logistics managers to reduce the number of trips required for substantial savings on fuel and further savings from reduced fleet maintenance and labor.

Introduced at Clean 07, the 101P Roundtripper is designed with a clever hinged shelving system that enables one person to easily convert its two, plastic shelves from the horizontal clean linen delivery position to the vertical position for soiled linen return without removing the shelves for reduced labor and faster production.

The rotationally molded cart safely handles payloads up to 800 lbs. on a full-perimeter, powder coated steel base set atop industrial strength casters. A choice of colors and custom options are available.
