    Spiroflow Bulk Bag Filler

    Spiroflow Systems Inc. introduces its C1-2 bulk bag filler with a new programmable controller that, the company says, increases filling accuracy and cycle speed.

    The C1-2 bulk bag filler uses an automatic gain in weight adjustment to monitor and compensate for weight variation. Using programmable, one-touch controls, an operator can control bulk bag filler operations and upstream in-feed devices.

    The C1-2 can fill 20 bags an hour, depending on the “flowability” of the product and the storage hopper or conveyor used to deliver product to the filler. Custom features include power height adjustment, retracting bag hooks, filling nozzle and inflatable mechanical seal, liner inflation device, roller bed and electric or pneumatic vibrators.
