TR Electronic Laser Positioning System

TR Electronic releases posiTRax, a laser-based positioning system for cranes, rack feeders, carriage systems and other rail-bound vehicles and material handling systems.

The posiTRax comes with software that “learns” crane or vehicle movements and generates a reference curve to model the correct position. The company says the posiTRax can serve as a direct replacement for the discontinued ICS-5000 positioning system.
