New 3M Case Sealer Offers Affordable Productivity
St. Paul, Minn. – February 22, 2006 – The new 3M-MaticTM Adjustable Case Sealer 110a from 3M is the affordable next step when packaging volume exceeds the production limits of manual case sealing or when back-up is needed for small runs, overruns, or seasonal surges.
Case size capacity is among the greatest of any case sealer in its category. Its sealing rate of up to 30 cases per minute increases productivity for both single and double shift operations.
Height and width adjust easily for cases as small as 3.5" high by 6" wide and as large as 22.5" high by 22.5" wide. The sturdy construction with traction-grip surface on belts can handle case weights from 5-65 lbs.
The 3M-Matic 110a includes the 3MTM AccuGlideTM Taping Head 2+ with 3M patented curvilinear motion for low impact forces that help protect carton and contents. Designed for use with a full range of Scotch® Box Sealing Tapes in 36 mm to 72 mm widths.
