The IHS GHG & Energy Solution helps organizations comply more easily with the Mandatory Reporting Rule (MRR) for greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, as required by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This software enhancement automates the preparation of data for submission via EPA’s online system, the electronic Greenhouse Gas Reporting Tool or e-GGRT.

Besides reporting on GHG emissions, users can manage cap-and-trade and provide carbon-based decision support.
