Hytrol Introduces the Next Generation of EZ Logic Accumulation

Hytrol has responded to the ever-evolving needs of our customers. Once again, we have partnered with Eaton Cutler-Hammer to create the most advanced zero-pressure accumulation system in the world. While featuring the same EZLogic familiarity, GEN3 incorporates new technologies for ease of installation, operation, and maintenance. When it comes to your accumulation needs, Hytrol has changed the rules…again.

EZLogic automatically adjusts the conveyor’s zone length to ACCOMMODATE THE LENGTH OF THE CARTON being conveyed. In singulation mode, longer cartons are easily and efficiently conveyed, providing better control of boxes. This therefore INCREASES CARTON THROUGHPUT, accumulation density, conveyor efficiency, and system flexibility. If desired, zones may be sized for the smallest carton for the MOST EFFICIENCY. Longer cartons introduced after installation do not obsolete the system, and the low-usage, long box is no longer a problem!
