Dorner’s new “conveyor live chat” feature allows customers to chat with a company engineer to answer questions or receive technical assistance about their conveyor application or receive recommended solutions. It can be reached by clicking onto the live chat icon on Dorner’s homepage. Within a few seconds, an engineer responds and a live text chat begins. This service is available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST Monday through Friday.
