RedPrairie Acquires SmartTurn

    RedPrairie Corp. has completed its acquisition of SmartTurn, a provider of on-demand inventory and warehouse management system (WMS) software

    RedPrairie Corp. has completed its acquisition of SmartTurn, a provider of on-demand inventory and warehouse management system (WMS) software.

    RedPrairie will add SmartTurn’s multi-tenant software-as-a-service (SaaS) WMS to its E²e productivity suite, allowing the company to offer WMS technology to both large and small distribution operations.

    SmartTurn’s inventory and WMS technology will be rebranded as RedPrairie’s On-Demand WMS and will focus on less complex distribution operations, the company says.
