Transpro Moves to Mississippi

    Transpro, Inc., (New Haven, Conn.) opened a new distribution facility in Southhaven, Miss., at the end of March. It will close two warehouses and a returns-processing facility in Memphis.

    UPS Supply Chain Solutions is managing the 520,000-square-foot Southhaven facility, which Transpro leased through 2009.

    "By consolidating the functions of three different facilities under one roof and employing state-of-the-art warehousing and distribution technology, our customers will benefit from improved order management and accuracy as well as overall turnaround time," says Charles E. Johnson, president and CEO of Transpro.
