    Palletizer/Stretch Wrapper Combo

    Columbia’s FL1000-SW combines a rugged, heavy-duty small footprint palletizer with the functionality of a fully integrated stretch wrapper. It can simultaneously stack and stretch wrap a wide variety of package types including cases, trays, totes, film only and display packs for a variety of industries including canned and frozen foods, beverage and pharmaceutical.

    The FL1000-SW features formed and welded steel construction and 80-pitch hoist chain. It performs a wrap cycle after each layer is placed onto the pallet while the next layer of product is being built. Other features include film grip, cut and wipe down, maintaining the palletizing speed and providing a compact footprint.

    It palletizes 10 cases per minute (10 case per layer pattern) or more, depending on the case size and pallet pattern. Category 3 rated electrical safety components are standard and automatic hoist safety pins and an infeed tunnel provide additional operator protection while allowing easy access to the infeed side.
