Siemens has finalized the integration of Siemens Dematic Corp. of Grand Rapids, Michigan; Siemens Dematic Postal Automation L.P. of Arlington, Texas; and Siemens Dematic Electronic Assembly Systems of Norcross, Georgia. The combined organization is now Siemens Logistics and Assembly Systems Inc.
The integration is expected to improve synergies among other Siemens operating companies. The company says this will benefit its customers through increased efficiencies, greater speed and more tailored solutions.
