No Film Break technology, available on the company’s Ring Straddle and automatic S Series stretch wrappers, stops film from breaking by eliminating the reasons it breaks, according to Lantech.
Pallet Grip locks the load to the pallet by rolling the film into a tight cable that maintains its shape, while the drive-down feature allows a user to position the cable on the pallet precisely, says the company.
Finally, Lantech says its Load Seeking Clamp 4.0 reduces film breaks by up to 25%. It moves to the edge of the load at the start of the wrap cycle to eliminate film “tenting” and enhance wrap force on the base of the load.
