Monitor Dock Productivity

Castell Interlocks’ Salvo DockMonitor integrates with the company’s Salvo Loading Dock Safety System to display live graphic information running on a PC interface for assessment of overall site performance and individual dock statistics. Operators can monitor load and unload times, compare shift performances, log carrier information to a specific dock; schedule dock maintenance based on dock usage and measure maintenance down time. Reports can then be exported to a range of standard file formats for further review and analysis. With this data costs can be cut by potentially reducing the number of loading docks required in a facility or suggesting increased activity.
