AS/R Machine with Employee Cabin
Westfalia’s new storage & retrieval machine (SRM) has a separate employee lift cabin, independent from the vertical pallet lift and its load carrying device. It can transport one person in the lift cabin up the mast of the SRM, thereby avoiding the practice of climbing up the service ladder during preventative and periodic maintenance.
This new SRM lift cabin comes in two models: the regular cabin with the controls put in dead man’s mode, and another which operates via a mobile control panel. Both models maximize user safety and speed access to the top of the Storage/Retrieval Machine.
