Boston Rack Merges with Base Manufacturing

NORTH EASTON, Mass.—Boston Rack International Inc. has announced its merger with Base Manufacturing.

“By merging with Base Manufacturing, we will be able to provide our customers the quality, efficiency and depth of products that our competitors are not able to offer,” says Peter Murphy, Boston Rack’s founder and president/CEO.

For months, Murphy had collaborated with Steve South, president/CEO of Base Manufacturing. Both executives anticipate the move to result in substantial benefits.

“This advantage provides us with very competitive products and pricing to our customer base,” Murphy says. “Steve has expanded his facilities recently, which give us the capacity we need for the future.”

The two companies will operate as subsidiaries of a holding company, Elite Storage Solutions.
