On Wednesday, May 16, 2007, Clark Material Handling Company celebrates the 90th anniversary of its introduction of the world's first material handling truck in 1917. Clark has built over 1 million forklifts during its company history.

Over 300 guests, including both domestic and international dealers and government officials, will be attending a series of events this week. These events include a global executive meeting at Clark's North American headquarters in Lexington, Ky., and a tour of the company's 184,000 sq. ft. parts facility located in Louisville, Ky.

The company's continued commitment to product development will be highlighted this week with the launch of 5 new products, including the C60/80 & GEX, manufactured in CLARK Korea; the EWP30 & HWX/PWX, manufactured in China; and the ESX, manufactured in CLARK Lexington, Kentucky.

Clark supplies a full line of electric and internal combustion forklifts, narrow aisle forklifts, and electric pallet jacks. The company's products are distributed and supported through a network of over 550 dealer locations worldwide.
